  1. YIELD:    36                                        OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIPPERS
  2. COOKING TEMP: 350F        PORTION: 1 2"cookie
  3. COOKING TIME: 9-10 min    COOKING PAN: Baking sheet

  5. INGREDIENTS             AMOUNTS        PROCEDURES

  7. | Margarine             : 1 cp         1. Cream margarine and sugars until
  8. | Sugar brown           : 1 cp            light. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat
  9. | Sugar                 : 1/2 cp          well.
  10. | Eggs                  : 2 ea         2. Combine dry ingredients.
  11. | Vanilla               : 1 ts         3. Gradually add to creamed mixture.
  12. | Flour whole wheat     : 1 1/4 cp     4. Stir in chips and nuts.
  13. | Cocoa                 : 1/2 cp       5. Drop by tablespoons onto baking
  14. | Salt                  : 1/4 ts          sheet.
  15. | Baking soda           : 2 ts         6. Bake in preheated 350F oven for
  16. | Oats quick            : 1 pt            9-11 minutes. Let stand for 2
  17. | Chocolate chips       : 12 oz           minutes before removing from sheet
  18. | Walnuts chopped       : 1 cp            pan to cool.
